Job summary

Jackson Therapy Partners, LLC is seeking a Traveling Physical Therapist to help patients recover from injuries while exploring Illinois. The role requires a PT degree, an active state license, and willingness to travel across Macoupin and Montgomery counties.

You will perform PT evaluations and treatments, collect data, supervise PTA, and participate in case conferences and care coordination. This full-time, travel-friendly role offers comprehensive benefits and relocation support.

Qualifications

• Candidate must have a PT degree from an accredited program and be licensed as a Physical Therapist.
• Active State License required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification may be required by AHA or ARC.
• 40 hours per week expected.
