Job summary

Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a traveling Physical Therapist to help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life in a new location. The assignment covers skilled nursing facilities in North Dakota, with 8:00 AM–4:30 PM shifts, Monday to Friday, and the option to float to nearby sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Experience in skilled nursing facilities is required
• Ability to travel to other nearby skilled nursing facilities is required

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy evaluations and interventions for patients in skilled nursing facilities
• Travel to nearby facilities as needed to cover assignments
• Collaborate with facility staff to coordinate care
