Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Maintains professional licensure in good standing and completes all state mandated continuing education requirements

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in assigned travel locations
• Maintain licensure and complete continuing education requirements
• Coordinate care with care teams across different assignments
