Job summary

Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a traveling Physical Therapist to help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions across diverse outpatient settings. You will assess, treat, and progress patients, typically handling a caseload of about 12 visits per day, with emphasis on outpatient orthopedics, vestibular, and neuro rehab.

Qualifications

• PT degree from an accredited program.
• Active state PT license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification may be required from AHA or ARC.
• Experience with outpatient populations including orthopedics, vestibular, pelvic floor, and outpatient neuro.

Responsibilities

• Deliver physical therapy services in outpatient settings.
• Assess, treat and progress patients with caseload of about 12 visits per day.
• Document progress and adjust treatment plans with multidisciplinary teams.

• Patient population includes general outpatient, outpatient orthopedics including post-op and chronic pain, vestibular, external pelvic floor, and outpatient neuro including functioning stroke and balance
• Patient ages range from 10 to 90
