Job summary

Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a traveling Physical Therapist in Hazen, ND to help patients recover and manage conditions. You’ll work in outpatient settings with possible inpatient support, delivering one-to-one care and leveraging Epic EMR for documentation.

The role emphasizes travel flexibility, professional licensure, and a comprehensive benefits package to support clinicians on assignments nationwide.

Qualifications

• Physical Therapist degree from an accredited school approved by the APTA.
• Active state license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification may be required by AHA or ARC.
• Experience with Epic EMR systems.
• Schedule typically Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM.
• Outpatient setting with possible inpatient support.
• Commitment to one-to-one patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide travel PT services across assigned locations.
• Deliver outpatient therapy with potential inpatient support as needed.
• Maintain high-quality patient care through individualized treatment plans.
