Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active South Carolina Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
• AHA BLS certification required.
• Experience working in an outpatient orthopedic-focused clinic or hospital-based outpatient department preferred.
• Experience assessing and treating a variety of musculoskeletal diagnoses, prosthetic and orthotic management, and post‑operative care preferred.
• Ability to perform patient evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and document care according to facility standards.

Assignment Details

• Facility Type: Hospital outpatient clinic.
• Shift Name: Days.
• Shift Details: Days 0800‑1700. No weekends and no on‑call required.
• Small rural clinic environment with a primary emphasis on orthopedic cases and a broad variety of diagnoses.
