Job summary

Jackson Therapy Partners, LLC is seeking a traveling Physical Therapist for Devils Lake, ND, to support Skilled Nursing Facility patients on a full-time basis. You will assess functional status, develop treatment plans, and coordinate care with the facility team.

Ideal candidates hold a PT degree, an active state license, 2+ years of experience, and may be asked to cover occasional on-call or weekend admissions.

Qualifications

• PT degree from an accredited school approved by APTA.
• Active state licensure required to start assignment.
• BLS certification may be required from AHA or ARC.
• 2+ years of PT experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide PT services in Skilled Nursing Facility settings.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to design and adjust rehabilitation plans.
• Document patient progress and ensure compliance with care standards.
