Job summary

Jackson Therapy Partners, LLC seeks a traveling Physical Therapist to assist patients in recovery and management of chronic conditions across various locations.

Requirements include a PTA/PT degree from an APTA-approved program, active state license, and BLS as needed. LTC experience and independence from supervision are preferred. Housing and relocation support are offered for this travel opportunity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA.
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment.
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC.
• Some LTC experience required.
• Candidate must no longer require supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide PT evaluations and treatments to patients in travel assignments.
• Help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions.
• Collaborate with care teams and document progress in EMR.
• Adhere to facility policies, safety guidelines, and licensure requirements.
