Jackson Therapy Partners, LLC is seeking a traveling Physical Therapist to help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while exploring life in a new location, with Pontiac, Illinois as a highlighted base.

Qualifications

• Must hold a PT degree from an accredited program and be eligible for licensure.
• BLS certification may be required from recognized organizations.
• Active state PT license required to start the assignment.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients across diverse settings during travel assignments.
• Assess patient needs, develop treatment plans, and monitor progress.
• Collaborate with facilities and your recruiter to ensure smooth placement and timely housing/licensing support.
