Minimum Requirements

• Active Texas Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience working in skilled nursing facility or long‑term care settings preferred.
• Experience providing coverage/floating across units or facilities preferred.
• Ability to manage caseloads typical to SNF settings and to document in electronic medical records preferred.

• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours guaranteed per week.
