Job summary

Jackson Therapy Partners, LLC is seeking a traveling Physical Therapist to help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life in a new location like Anchorage, Alaska. This role supports skilled nursing and long-term care residents across diverse settings under ProVenture, our AI-enhanced career app designed for therapy professionals.

Responsibilities include providing high-quality PT services, collaborating with care teams, and coordinating travel

Qualifications

• Active state physical therapy license required to start.
• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• BLS may be required from AHA or ARC.
• Experience with skilled nursing and long-term care residents.
• Experience with Net Health / PCC.
• Schedule: Monday – Friday.

Responsibilities

• Provide PT services to patients in various settings.
• Assist patients in recovery and chronic condition management.
• Coordinate with care teams and documentation.
• Support travel logistics and relocation as needed.
