Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduation from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy Program or equivalent.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.

Responsibilities

• Perform physical therapy evaluation, develop plan of care, and implement interventions.
• Educate patients and families to promote wellness and self-management.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to refine goals and outcomes.
