Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide interpretation of prescriptions and initial evaluation; establish treatment plan with goals.
• Appropriately progress treatment and goals.
• Periodic and timely written communication to physicians.
• Appropriate discharge management and patient follow-up.
• Supervise rehabilitation aides and administrative staff as needed.
• Supervise PTAs when applicable per state act.
• Document all treatment and communications timely; include evaluations and progress notes.
