Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team in an in-facility setting. You will assess patients, design recovery plans, and deliver individualized physical therapy to help patients regain function.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Physical Therapy license in the state of practice.
• Master's degree in Physical Therapy; or Master’s in PT-related field with a Bachelor’s in PT.
• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience.
• Degree earned outside of the U.S. must be evaluated as US equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver physical therapy.
• Provide PT treatment and progression of therapy plans.
• Collaborate with the Director of Rehab and care teams.
• Educate patients and caregivers to promote independence and function.
