Job summary

Signature HealthCARE Hartford Rehab & Wellness Center seeks a licensed Physical Therapist to join our team and provide patient-centered rehabilitation services. You will work within Signature Rehab’s integrated care model to help residents recover and return to daily activities.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program.
• Must hold a valid Physical Therapy license in the state where services are rendered.
