Job summary

Confluent Health's ProRehab Louisville location is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join a close-knit team dedicated to quality patient care and professional growth.

You will treat a diverse caseload, develop clinical interests, and work alongside passionate therapists who value mentorship and meaningful outcomes. A sign-on bonus up to $10K is available, along with PTO, medical/dental/vision, and a 401(k) with a 4% match.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist or eligible for licensure in the state.
• Outpatient PT experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Treat a diverse caseload of patients and progress toward goals.
• Collaborate with therapists and care team to optimize outcomes.
• Document assessment, treatment plans, and progress notes.
