Qualifications

• Minimum 0 to 2 years experience.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates patients for all ages within the department.
• Provides therapeutic treatment for all ages within the department.
• Completes documentation within the required timeline.
• Identifies patient needs and tailors care to age, culture, language, and literacy levels.
• Performs other duties and projects as assigned.
• Adheres to organizational competencies and standards of behavior.
• Lifts at least 50 lbs., pushes/pulls 100 lbs., and stands 6 hours daily.
