This contract position offers a 5x8 days schedule with responsibilities aligned to the organization’s mission and goals, delivering patient-focused PT care in SNF/LTC settings in California.

Qualifications

• 1 year of recent experience as a Physical Therapist (PT) in SNF/LTC.
• Current Physical Therapist (PT) license within the state of practice (CA).
