Relient Health is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist (PT) for a Skilled Nursing Facility in El Reno, OK. This role offers a competitive hourly rate, comprehensive benefits, and the opportunity to work in a supportive, collaborative therapy department.

You will evaluate and treat patients to improve strength, mobility, and independence; develop individualized treatment plans; collaborate with an interdisciplinary team; document progress in EMR, and maintain regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current OK License (or eligible to obtain).
• New grads and experienced PTs welcome.
