Job summary

FOX Rehabilitation is seeking licensed Physical Therapists in Massachusetts to provide one-on-one geriatric care in private residences or senior living communities, delivering evidence-based treatment and helping older adults maintain mobility and independence. The role offers autonomy, flexible scheduling, and opportunities to use telehealth where appropriate, with an emphasis on aging-in-place.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice.
• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Basic computer and EMR proficiency.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations, develop individualized plans of care, and deliver evidence-based treatment.
• Deliver therapy sessions that support patient wellness, longevity, mobility, and functional independence.
• Document effectively within FOX’s EMR system in accordance with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of PTs, OTs, SLPs, and Fitness Specialists.
• Educate patients, caregivers, and senior living staff to promote safety, function, and aging in place.
• Provide telehealth / virtual care when appropriate to extend access and flexibility.

Physical Requirements

FOX clinicians must be able to meet the physical demands ofin-homeandcommunity-basedcare, including:Exerting medium physical effort, including lifting 25–50lbsoccasionally, 10–25lbsfrequently, and up to 10lbsconstantly

Performing CPR

Providing moderate to maximumassistancewith patient transfers and bed mobility

Repositioning patients, standing/walking for extended periods, climbing stairs, and performing therapeutic activities

Driving to patient homes and senior living communities as part of the Geriatric House Calls™ model

Wearing PPE whenrequired
