Edenbrook North and Edenbrook South are seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist to join our rehabilitation team. You will develop and implement personalized therapy programs to restore function and promote independence in patients.

New graduates are welcome; active state licensure required. Competitive wages with full-time, part-time, and PRN options; sign-on bonus available and supportive multidisciplinary environment.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master’s in Physical Therapy (MPT) from an accredited program.
• Active state Physical Therapy license in good standing.
• New graduates are accepted.
• Experience in a skilled nursing facility or similar setting preferred.
• Strong knowledge of rehabilitation protocols and techniques.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement individualized therapy programs to restore, reinforce, and enhance patient performance.
• Identify the need for and refer to other healthcare disciplines as needed to address patient needs.
• Instruct, educate, and train patients and caregivers to promote independence and quality of life.
• Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants, provisional licensees, students, and support personnel per licensure.
• Develop personalized care plans using various treatment techniques.
• Create fitness and wellness programs tailored to patients’ needs.
• Provide quality, evidence-based care using proven interventions.
• Motivate patients to reach rehabilitation goals and maintain progress.
• Promote healthy lifestyles by improving strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination.
