Tenet Healthcare Hospital is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to administer, interpret, and evaluate tests and measurements, and to plan and modify treatment programs for adult patients with clinical competency. Responsibilities include collaborating with staff, educating patients, and coordinating discharge plans.

Minimum education includes a Bachelor’s in Physical Therapy; Master’s/Doctorate preferred. Texas license required and BLS within 60 days of hire.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy.
• Texas State license required prior to orientation.
• Active Health Care Provider BLS within 60 days of hire.
• Spanish proficiency encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Interprets physician orders and plan treatments accordingly.
• Delivers and documents PT treatments and progress.
• Develops functional goals based on patient and family expectations.
• Educates patients and families and coordinates discharge planning.
