H2 Health is hiring a full-time Physical Therapist to join our growing network of outpatient clinics in the Fort Myers area. This opportunity is ideal for clinicians seeking clinical autonomy and a flexible schedule. You will work with an employee-centric team with an entrepreneurial mindset, managing a caseload of 50+ visits per week to deliver quality care while maintaining work/life balance.

Qualifications

• Completed Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program
• Active or eligible for Physical Therapist license (or eligibility to obtain)

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based physical therapy to patients with post-operative, orthopedic, and neurologic conditions to promote functional independence, reduce pain, and improve quality of life
• Collaborate with other members of the multi-disciplinary team and support staff to deliver high-quality, coordinated care
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in Raintree
