RON SUNSHINE ASSOCIATES LLC is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality clinical services. In this role, you will evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, and supervise assistants and aides to ensure excellent patient outcomes.

You'll lead clinical care, maintain documentation, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards, while contributing to a collaborative team and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Graduation from a CAPTE-accredited physical therapy program.
• Current state licensure and CPR certification.
• Strong clinical problem-solving, communication, and time management abilities.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs independently and remain active (standing/walking) throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

• Clinical Care: Evaluate and treat patients for whom therapy is medically necessary.
• Documentation: Maintain timely records of goals, progress, and medical necessity.
