Job summary

The Keystone Distinction Group is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality clinical services across our patient population in California. You will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, document progress, and ensure medical necessity is met while adhering to state regulations.

In this role you will supervise and coach assistants and aides, collaborate with physicians and care teams, and participate in ongoing education to maintain licensure and CPR

Qualifications

• Graduation from a CAPTE-accredited physical therapy program.
• Current state licensure and CPR certification.
• Strong clinical problem-solving, communication, and time management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients for whom therapy is medically necessary.
• Maintain timely records of goals, progress, and medical necessity.
• Supervise and coach assistants and aides in delivering quality care.
