Qualifications

• 0–3 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Administers direct patient care per the written prescription of the referring physician.
• Utilizes appropriate evaluation techniques with efficiency and thoroughness.
• Designs a treatment program to achieve established goals.
• Monitors patient tolerance and status, modifying treatment as needed.
• Responds to department emergency procedures for patient safety.
• Submits required documentation per department policies.
• Participates in quality improvement chart reviews and activities.
• Attends family meetings with interdisciplinary staff for patient welfare.
• Performs related duties; all essential under the Americans with Disabilities Act.
