Responsibilities

• Consult with patients to learn about their physical condition and symptoms.
• Diagnose movement dysfunction by listening to patients and observing them as they move.
• Develop individualized treatment plans.
• Coach patients and teach therapeutic massage to ease pain and promote healing.
• Maintain patient records by tracking goals.
• Utilize standardized assessments and evidence-based practices in interventions.
• Assess patients' progress and adjust treatments in clinical records.
• Evaluate treatment outcomes and modify services accordingly.
• Provide consultation to patients, families, caregivers and other providers.
• Communicate with supervisor and health team about progress and plans.
• Provide comprehensive discharge summaries per regulatory requirements.
• Document all regulatory information in electronic systems and maintain patient records.
• Participate in trainings, in-services, and conferences.
• Able to supervise PTAs, rehabilitation aides and/or students.
• Adhere to company policies and code of conduct.
