Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• 0-2 years of clinical practice required; 1 year preferred.
• Valid PA state license in Physical Therapy.

Responsibilities

• Perform therapy evaluations, treatment planning, and discharge planning for a full caseload across acute care, skilled facility, acute rehab, and outpatient settings.
• Plan, organize, and deliver treatment programs to aid recovery and rehabilitation.
• Use safe therapeutic interventions and trainings for patients and families.
• Document health progress, daily treatments, progress notes, evaluations, and discharge summaries.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
