FOX Rehabilitation is a clinician-operated practice delivering in-home, senior-living, and virtual care to older adults across Renton, WA. You will help people improve mobility, stay independent, and live stronger, longer lives.

As a Physical Therapist, you will build your own schedule, treat patients in private homes and communities, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide compassionate, evidence-based care with an emphasis on aging in place.

Qualifications

• Valid PT license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to obtain.
• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Basic computer and EMR proficiency.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsabilités

• Provide one-on-one physical therapy to older adults in homes and senior living environments.
• Perform evaluations, develop plans of care, and deliver evidence-based treatment.
• Deliver therapy sessions that support wellness, mobility, and independence.
• Document effectively in FOX’s EMR per regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team (PT, OT, SLP, Fitness specialists).
• Educate patients, caregivers, and staff to promote safety and aging in place.
• Provide telehealth/virtual care as appropriate.

Responsibilities

Physical Requirements

FOX clinicians must be able to meet the physical demands ofin-homeandcommunity-basedcare, including:

• Exerting medium physical effort, including lifting 25–50lbsoccasionally, 10–25lbsfrequently, and up to 10lbsconstantly
• Performing CPR
• Providing moderate to maximumassistancewith patient transfers and bed mobility
• Repositioning patients, standing/walking for extended periods, climbing stairs, and performing therapeutic activities
• Driving to patient homes and senior living communities as part of the Geriatric House Calls™ model
• Wearing PPE whenrequired

In Washington, the standard base pay range for a Full-Time role is $55,000 - $105,000 annually with an opportunity to earn more. Part-Time and FOX Flex (PRN) will be pro-rated.
