Position Overview

Our client is seeking a patient-focused Physical Therapist (PT) to evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide high-quality therapeutic care. This opportunity offers a consistent weekday schedule with early Fridays for an extended weekend and relocation assistance for qualified candidates.

What You’ll Do

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and assessments.
• Develop individualized plans of care based on clinical findings and physician prescriptions.
• Provide manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, functional activities, and neuromuscular reeducation.
• Utilize appropriate physical agent modalities.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Supervise and provide clinical direction to Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs).
• Maintain accurate evaluations, treatment plans, progress notes, and patient documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians and clinical teams to coordinate patient care.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.

What You’ll Bring
