• Ability to document patient progress and communicate with care team.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients, develop treatment plans and goals.
• Perform procedures, modalities, ADL activities and exercise programs.
• Maintain accurate patient records including progress notes and billing forms.
• Supervise Physical Therapy assistants.
• Instruct patients and families for home exercises.
