Signature HealthCARE is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team at North Hardin Rehab & Wellness Center in Radcliff, KY. The role focuses on providing rehabilitative therapy to residents and patients, working closely with other clinical caregivers to support full recovery and a timely return to activities.

Requirements include graduation from an accredited PT program with at least a Bachelor's degree and a valid Physical Therapy license for the state of service.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited program of physical therapy, culminating in a minimum of a Bachelor's of Science Degree.
• A Valid Physical Therapy license in the state where services are rendered.

Responsibilities

• Provide rehabilitative therapy to residents and patients.
