Rochester Regional Health in Brockport, NY seeks a Physical Therapist for our outpatient Physical Therapy & Rehabilitation program. You will welcome patients, assess conditions, and guide rehabilitation with compassionate care and evidence-based techniques.

The role emphasizes evaluation, treatment planning, and collaboration with physicians and the care team to achieve functional recovery. NYS licensure is required and the department supports professional growth in a fast-paced setting.

• Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy or Bachelor’s degree with prior experience as a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Current New York State license or a limited permit as a Registered Physical Therapist.
• If New York State license or limited permit is not held, must be hired within 90 days of graduation and meet Practice Exemption.

SUMMARY:

As a Physical Therapist, you welcome patients and put them at ease. You provide PT to patients with care and compassion to ensure rehabilitation success.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy or Bachelor’s degree with prior experience as a licensed Physical Therapist required.
• Current New York State license or a limited permit as a Registered Physical Therapist.
• If New York State license or limited permit is not held, must be hired within 90 days of graduation from New York State or APTA accredited physical therapist education program and meet Practice Exemption under New York State Physical Therapy License Requirements.
• If working in Homecare or traveling between locations, NYS license required.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Prior Physical Therapist experience preferred.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

M - Medium Work - Exerting 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 10 to 25 pounds of force frequently, and/or greater than negligible up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects; Requires frequent walking, standing or squatting.

The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for a successful full time applicant. It may be modified in the future and eligible for additional pay components. Pay is determined by factors including experience, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity, location, and contracts.
