Job summary

WSi Healthcare Personnel seeks a skilled Physical Therapist to provide evidence-based rehabilitation across diverse clinical settings. You will evaluate patients, create individualized treatment plans, and deliver interventions to restore function and mobility.

You will collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other clinicians, document progress in EMR, and educate patients and families on home exercise programs.

Qualifications

• Licensed physical therapist in the United States with an active license in good standing.
• Ability to develop individualized treatment plans.
• Experience delivering evidence-based rehabilitation interventions.
• Proficient in documenting progress in EMR systems.
• Strong collaboration with physicians and other clinicians.

Responsibilities
