Synchrony is seeking a Physical Therapist to deliver a full range of PT services in an interdisciplinary environment in Ohio. You will assess, plan and implement personalized treatment, educate patients and families, and document progress in line with policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications include a degree in Physical Therapy and state licensure; CPR certification preferred. This position accommodates 0–1 years of experience and offers competitive benefits.

Formación

• Requires degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• State PT licensure or certification required and must be maintained.
• Current CPR certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical conditions and rehab needs.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans with exercises, manual therapy, and modalities.
• Educate patients and families on exercises, posture, body mechanics, and self-management.
• Maintain accurate documentation of progress, plans, and outcomes per policy and regulations.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
