Qualifications

• Be licensed, or in the process of becoming licensed, by the Board of Medicine, in the State of Practice.
• Knowledge of EMR systems for documenting patient progress.
• Be available for a full-time schedule, Monday - Friday.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient evaluations and plan rehabilitative programs.
• Perform diagnostic and prognostic exams to evaluate patient abilities.
• Document assessments and patient progress notes using EMR.
