Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited baccalaureate or master’s program in Physical Therapy.
• Current California Physical Therapist license.
• Minimum of two years of relevant experience preferred.
• Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association (AHA).

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services according to a written individualized plan of care.
• Perform assessments of strength, mobility, gait, ROM, and transfer capabilities.
• Develop and implement treatment plans focused on rehabilitation and comfort maintenance.
• Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic techniques and equipment use.
• Monitor and report patients' responses to treatment and any condition changes to the physician.
• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants, support staff, and students as needed.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation of treatment plans, progress notes, and summaries.
