Assess and treat patients to improve mobility and reduce pain in a clinical setting.
Provide patient-first care while upholding ethical and regulatory standards.
Create individualized rehabilitation plans with clear milestones and timelines.
Monitor patient progress and adjust therapy plans accordingly.
Document treatment sessions and outcomes in electronic medical records.
Educate patients and families on exercises, precautions, and home programs.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to coordinate care and optimize outcomes.
Maintain on-site clinic readiness and equipment safety/sterilization standards.
Meet or exceed quarterly targets and contribute to pipeline-based planning.
Demonstrate professional growth by pursuing continuing education opportunities.
Engage in regular performance reviews and reflect on personal development goals.
Licensed physical therapist with active state license and CPR certification.
Minimum 2 years of clinical physical therapy experience in rehab settings.
Proficiency in evaluating mobility, pain, and functional goals with measurable milestones.
Ability to create individualized rehab plans and adjust based on progress data.
Strong documentation skills with electronic medical records and outcome tracking.
Experience in patient and family education on home programs and precautions.
