Arise CareStaff, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) for a 13-week travel assignment in San Jose, CA. The role requires CA licensure (pending accepted) and BLS certification, with experience in acute care and outpatient settings. Expect a 5x8 schedule and Epic charting.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team to deliver skilled PT services, develop treatment plans, and promote patient-centered care. Competitive benefits are provided.

Formación

• Doctorate or master’s degree in physical therapy from an accredited program.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in acute care and outpatient settings preferred.
• Current California Physical Therapist License (Pending licenses accepted).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Strong clinical assessment and treatment skills; communication and teamwork abilities.

Position Overview:
Arise CareStaff is hiring a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist (PT) to work for our client healthcare facility in San Jose, CA for a 13-week travel assignment. The ideal candidate will have experience in acute care and outpatient settings, providing comprehensive physical therapy services to a diverse patient population. This role requires a commitment to patient-centered care and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

• Shift: Day 5x8-Hour (09:00 - 17:30)
• Type of Assignment: Travel
• Job Duration: 13 weeks
• Computer Charting: Epic
• Pay Range: $2,320.00 - $2,600.00

Qualifications:

• Education: Doctorate or master’s degree in physical therapy from an accredited program.
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in acute care and outpatient settings preferred.
• Licensure: Current California Physical Therapist License. (Pending licenses accepted.)
• Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
