Job summary

TEEMA Solutions Group is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide evaluations, treatment planning, and rehabilitation services in a Skilled Nursing Facility in Phoenix, AZ. The role involves working with patients recovering from illness and managing a caseload effectively.

Applicants should have an active PT license and preferably a minimum of 1 year of experience in a skilled nursing environment. This position offers a pay rate of $55 – $57/hr for 40 hours a week.

Job Summary

Requirements
