Job summary

Liberty Health in Blowing Rock, NC seeks a Physical Therapist (PT) to join The Foley Center at Chestnut Ridge. Join a multidisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered rehab and progressive treatment modalities in an in-house therapy setting.

The ideal candidate is licensed in North Carolina, with a graduate degree in therapy and prior SNF rehab experience preferred.

You will develop individualized treatment plans and help patients and families achieve meaningful progress.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited therapy program.
• Licensed in North Carolina as a Physical Therapist.
• Experience in SNF rehab preferred.

We are currently seeking an experienced PHYSICAL THERAPIST (PT).

Work with a multidisciplinary team to insure a wonderful rehab experience for patients and their families by being responsive and individualizing treatment plans. Be able to work in a supportive rehab environment with progressive treatment modalities to address a variety of diseases and impairments. In-house therapy with local management support.

Job Requirements:

• EDUCATION: Must be a graduate of an accredited Therapy program.
• CERTIFICATE / LICENSE: Must be licensed in the state of the SNF you will be working.
• EXPERIENCE: Previous rehab SNF experience is preferred.
