Job summary

Liberty Healthcare and Rehabilitation Services in Silver Bluff is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist (PT) to work with a multidisciplinary team and provide patient-centered rehabilitation. You will develop individualized treatment plans, address a variety of diseases and impairments, and participate in in-house therapy with local management support.

Requirements include graduation from an accredited therapy program, state licensure, and preferred experience in skilled nursing facilities.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited therapy program.
• Must be licensed in the state of the SNF you will be working.
• Previous rehab SNF experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work with a multidisciplinary team to tailor rehab plans and address a variety of diseases and impairments.
• Provide in-house therapy with local management support and progressive treatment modalities.
