Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Active California PT license or eligibility.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and review records to determine needs and goals.
• Diagnose movement dysfunction through assessment.
• Create individualized treatment plans to achieve outcomes.
• Deliver therapy using manual techniques, exercise, and neuromuscular re-education.
• Educate patients and families on home exercise plans.
• Track progress and adapt plans based on response.
• Collaborate with physicians and therapy team for continuity of care.
