Job summary

Tender Touch Rehab Services LLC, part of Enhance Therapies, is hiring a licensed Physical Therapist to join our Skilled Nursing Facility team. This part-time role offers a sign-on bonus and flexible scheduling to support your clinical growth.

You will evaluate and treat patients with mobility, strength, balance and functional impairments, develop personalized care plans, collaborate with the team, and maintain compliant documentation.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (BS, MS, or DPT).
• Current Physical Therapist license in the state of practice.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• New grads welcome; mentorship available.

Responsibilities
