Job summary

Broad River Rehab is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our Butler, KY Skilled Nursing Facility on a part-time basis. The PT will evaluate and treat residents under physician orders, using diverse therapeutic procedures and assistive devices to maximize functional potential across daily activities.

Licensure in the state of employment is required, with a degree in Physical Therapy (Bachelor, Master or Doctorate). 1–2 years of experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Physical Therapy license in the state of employment.
• Degree in Physical Therapy (Bachelor, Master or Doctorate).
• 1–2 years of experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat residents under orders from a physician using a variety of physical therapy procedures and assistive devices to maximize functional potential in all areas of a resident’s life.
