Job summary

Preferred Therapy Solutions is seeking a Per-Diem Physical Therapist (PT/RPT) for our sub-acute/skilled nursing rehab department in Madawaska, ME. You will provide comprehensive therapy services and collaborate with rehab therapists and nursing staff to achieve the highest level of independence for residents.

A current Physical Therapy license or eligibility to practice in Maine is required. Strong computer skills and experience with electronic documentation are expected.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed to practice Physical Therapy in the state or eligible to practice in Maine.
• Experience with electronic documentation and basic computer skills.
• Ability to work in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility setting and collaborate with rehab and nursing staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility setting.
• Work collaboratively with other rehab therapists and nursing staff in a supportive team-working environment.
• Possess a current Physical Therapy license or be license eligible to practice in the state employed.
• Demonstrate strong computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and have experience with electronic documentation.
• Demonstrate good attention to detail and timeliness with documentation.

Good Faith Rate Range:
