Job summary

Always Best Care Senior Services is hiring licensed Physical Therapists and Physical Therapist Assistants for in-home care on O'ahu, HI. This per diem position offers flexible scheduling and the chance to earn a strong income through home visits.

Therapists provide in-home PT/PTA services, perform evaluations and fall risk assessments, and document progress for the care team. A Hawaii license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Current Hawaii license as PT or PTA.
• 1+ year of clinical experience (home health preferred).
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
