Responsibilities

The Physical Therapist will evaluate and treat patients, in accordance with the orders from the physician, through the use of a variety of therapeutic procedures designed to restore loss of muscle strength, coordination, body alignment, to relieve pain, improve movement and function. The Physical Therapist will work as a member of a team providing support and information within the area of Physical Therapy. The Physical Therapist will provide therapy services in locations including, but not limited to, Skilled Nursing Facilities, Outpatient Facilities, Long Term Care Facilities or Home Health Care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Advanced Degree in Physical Therapy
• Current state license/certification
• Current registration with the American Physical Therapy Certification Board
