Job summary

PAM Health Specialty Hospital of Rocky Mount is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist to join our inpatient team in Rocky Mount, NC. The PT will provide patient-focused care, ensure age-appropriate treatment, and supervise therapy as prescribed by physicians and PAM Health policies.

The ideal candidate holds a valid PT license for North Carolina, current BLS, and preferably one year of clinical experience in an inpatient setting.

Responsibilities

The Physical Therapist (PT) is responsible for patient/patient management, delivery, direction and supervision of care provided in an age- appropriate manner, consistent with the principles and practices of the Physical Therapy Practice Act of the state where the hospital or clinic resides, the professional code of ethics, and the policies, procedures and guidelines of PAM Health.

Qualifications

• Education and Training: PT license in the state where the hospital or clinic resides. Current BLS certification required.
• Experience:One year of clinical experience preferred.
