Broad River Rehab seeks a Physical Therapist to join our skilled nursing facility in Chuckey, Tennessee. You will evaluate and treat residents under physician orders, using a variety of physical therapy procedures and assistive devices to maximize functional potential in all areas of a resident’s life.

Qualifications include a Tennessee PT license and a Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy; New Graduates Welcome. This PRN, as-needed role offers a flexible schedule and a supportive team.
